Mouse pointer cannot reach right and bottom screen edges

VirtualBox Version: Version 7.1.2 r164945 Host: Windows 10 Guest: ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Expected: In fullscreen 1080p the mouse pointer's expected range is (0-1919) x (0-1079)

Observed: With xev monitoring the mouse pointer position, the observed range is (0-1918) x (0-1078) so missing one pixel both ways

Image: Shows vbox version (7.1.2 r164945) and 1 pixel missing in height and width when mouse pointer in bottom right corner of screen.

Regression: This was working with VirtualBox-7.0.14-161095-Win before upgrading to 7.1.2 r164945.
